Working with Jeanette has been life-changing! She has an innate ability to listen and understand both my personal fitness goals and how to motivate me. She not only creates thoughtfully planned sessions; she also has the flexibility to adapt and take our workouts in an entirely new direction if she sees I need to be pushed in one area. Feeling blah after working from home for 6 months, I knew I wanted to exercise on a more consistent basis, but had little success. Working with Jeanette inspired me not only to begin planning my days around movement, but she encouraged me to embrace a totally new sport and now I'm playing tennis 2x/week and loving it! I absolutely loved personal training with Jeanette! She challenged me physically and mentally with every workout. I appreciated that she would help modify movements for me due to injuries.
