While nutrition and movement are universally important, the implementation of that into an individual's lifestyle is anything but. My training is truly personal. My approach to training includes:
in-person training (in-person to teach & correct)
remote training (programs to keep you busy w/o me)
nutrition (calorie, protein protocols to support your training)
Together we create a schedule, style, & cadence that works for both of us. It takes time and I want to work with those ready to invest in their own transformation.
My people become fitness people and my fitness people become my people - that's just observation . I enjoy blending my worlds, believe that peers are great motivators for each another, and that we are better, together.
