fitness

  • I've been teaching classes for 15 years in gyms all over Manhattan: Crunch, NYHRC, Equinox, Lifetime, as well as residential, corporate, & digital fitness settings. 
  • I teach cycling, strength, yoga, kettlebell, boxing, HIIT, core, & even aqua!
  • I have  trained prenatal, seniors, injured, & the general population. 
  • I have competed in marathons, triathlons, Ironman races, & obstacle course races, oftentimes placing in top 10 of my gender & age group
  • I have injured my left ankle, left biceps tendon, right knee, and have experienced carpal tunnel.
  • I have overcome a dysfunctional relationship with food & body image and learned to train & eat intuitively. 

Customization

While nutrition and movement are universally important, the implementation of that into an individual's lifestyle is anything but. My training is truly personal. My approach to training includes: 


in-person training (in-person to teach & correct)

remote training (programs to keep you busy w/o me)

nutrition (calorie, protein protocols to support your training)


Together we create a schedule, style, & cadence that works for both of us. It takes time and I want to work with those ready to invest in their own transformation.

Community

My people become fitness people and my fitness people become my people - that's just observation . I enjoy blending my worlds, believe that peers are great motivators for each another, and that we are better, together.

A complete workout in under an hr with a mix of cardio, full-body strength training and an extended feels-so-good stretch sesh at the end. Jeanette has great energy; you'll leave class feeling great!
