
the 5-Minute Fix grew out of my own transformation and experience coaching women - it is possible, even in mid-life, to get into great shape, even the best shape! It's not a quick fix, it starts small, and builds over time, to ensure that you are re-training your body and your mind - for your next best self!
When I attempted my bikini fitness competition, I progressed into the fittest shape of my life - dropping nearly 20 lbs and 10% body fat. At my oldest, when most women are battling perimenopause symptoms, I revealed my first six-pack abs. I was described as 'lean, ripped, shredded,' and was stopped on the street by strangers asking for fitness advice.
This transformation inspired me to begin coaching women. With first-hand experience that age and hormones are less powerful than our ability to eat and train consistently, I set out on a mission to create a program to help women just like me surprise themselves and discover what's truly possible with their bodies.
The 5 Minute Fix is a progressive loading of habits that incorporates training, nutrition, and mindset - executed in just 5 minutes per day to support consistency and create small wins more often. I've curated 12 Key Habits delivered over 12 weeks to build a foundation that transforms women inside and out, while teaching them how to sustain their results long-term!
