I've always wanted to be an Ironwoman - to complete that grueling 140.3-mile triathlon. I've also always wanted to step on stage as a bikini competitor - tanned, shredded - "human beef jerky status!" lol
These are two of the most demanding challenges in fitness. Most athletes never attempt one, let alone both.
I'm grateful to be able to say that I've completed both.
This wasn't always the case. We all start somewhere. I've experienced the pitfalls of disordered eating, injury, surgery, and sheer lack of knowledge.
And the older I get, the better my lifestyle and physique become. Because I keep learning how to train and eat for my goals. Each experience teaches me - and I turn that learning around in my coaching - to be a better coach for my clients, students, and community.
And I will only continue to evolve and grow. In a sea of social media fitfluencers, I strive to be your fit friend who walks the walk and talks to teach. I look forward to being connected!

What began as a Journalism major in undergrad evolved into entertainment reporting - think red carpet interviews with celebs. From there, I transitioned into acting and modeling, with fitness modeling becoming a regular occurrence.
I get to look back on commercials, magazine tear sheets, and even a Times Square billboard that have marked my fitness journey over the past two decades, straddling the intersection of the fitness and entertainment industries.
It's been an amazing, multi-faceted journey, and it continues to evolve in exciting ways.
