






An Ironwoman Triathlete, A Bikini Fitness Competitor, and one who embraces "doing hard things", Jeanette practices what she preaches. She is trains, fuels and recovers with her body in mind and lives a lifestyle where health and fitness are work, fun, and connection for her.
After 20 years in the industry, Jeanette has trained in countless modalities and with countless audiences. Today, she coaches select clientele in their private facilities and teaches groups Strength & Cycling at Mercedes Club.
She coaches her signature program, the "5 Minute Fix," her 12-week program to help women finally build Consistency, transform Habits, and reclaim their Bodies, One Micro-habit at a time!
Jeanette believes in the power of play, community, and connection. Doing things with others, with a coach, and simply not alone, not only makes them more enjoyable, it ensures success!
